| At Dragsbaek Maltfabrik A/S an
audited quality assurance system, based on the principles of ISO-9002, was
initiated in 1998.
By participation in
cross-check analysis among brewers and maltsters and by sending parallel samples to domestic
and foreign institutes, the results are constantly checked and monitored.
As a matter of routine, more than 20
parameters including gushing-tests are classified for the purpose of specifying the
quality of the barley and the malt.
